That is a normal bruise Love. It's healing. A bruise is essentially popping little blood vessels under the skin, which causes the darkish purple/blue color. I get these all of the time, it's a simple healing bruise. Nothing to worry about Love :)

I know it's a normal bruise:) just wanted to know like why do like little dots pop up like that because I've had other bruises where they just like green/ blue.

New bruises are blue and purple and occasionally red toned. Older bruises are yellow and green. Bruises occur when blood vessels and capillaries burst under the skin, ccausing a noticeable mark on the skin. The little dots can be from the impact of the bruise (causing it to space out a little), from slightly scraping your leg against the chair or because the bruise is going through the first healing process.
