Is it true if you rub ice on your face you make your pores smaller and less inflamed?

It will shrink them down in size a little bit but only temporarily. Just like hot water will help open your pores and cold water helps close them. They will return to their normal size within a few hours max from my experience. I've tried everything to shrink my gigantic pores around my nose a day upper cheeks and haven't found anything except temporary fixes such as ice or using pore filling primers.

Nothing makes them smaller permanently, once they're open and bigger, you cannot shrink them. However, you can temporarily, yes, with makeup or a cold compress.
