Any suggestions for makeup at an amusement park?

I'm going to several amusement parks in a couple of weeks and I need help with makeup ideas. I want something light but noticeable to others. But something that won't make a mess if I put my hands on my face ( if that even makes sense ). I would appreciate any and all help! Thanks!

I don't usually wear makeup when I go but I'll occasionally wear mascara, eyeliner, brows and some lipstick. Sometimes I'll put on a BB cream if it isn't too hot.

Elf 3 in 1 mascara stayed on me when I went to a water park and didn't come off at all!! But it is sorta a pain to take off imo but if your looking for something that will stay, it'll do the job :)
