From my understanding tea tree oil is very drying (which is why it's used as a spot treatment) so I wouldn't recommend it as a moisturizer.

I use it as a spot treatment as well, when I put it on my whole face,I woke up and my skin felt sooo tight! So a spot treament.

I was going to say what Alexis said... Although some moisturizers have tea tree oil in them, using it on its own could dry your skin out pretty badly... If you have bad acne though you could use a moisturizer with tea tree oil in it!

Yeah as those girls said before tea tree oil it's self is definitely NOT a moisturizer but it is still a good product for if you have acne or razor burn or a rash it's very good for any of those. If you are going to put it on your face either dilute it in water or use it just as a spot treatment

I think it depends on your skin type, natural oils usually fall into different categories. a light oil which I think is suited to most types is almond oil, its quite light. but make sure you test it out first and get some decent quality one, I'm not sure were you live but there is a brand called Weleda, they hav a nice almond face oil. xx

Jojoba is closest to our own skin's natural oil and is wonderful. I am also fond of rosehip, apricot and sweet almond for my complexion. Rosehip brightens..a huge bonus, but I would test patch any new product to be safe.
