Ok I have been using smashbox contour kit, the powders, and I love them but they were SO EXPENSIVE and not much product and I'm running out D: so I need a new contour thing but I would love just like a contour shade, not in a kit or anything. BUT all the colors I find are either warm toned, or in a huge kit that's super expensive. Mao pretty much I just need a non expensive cool toned medium dark contour shade that isn't in a huge kit (because I contour almost every day so I need a lot of product) help?? D:

Lately I've been using the maybeline color tattoo. It's a LE Canadian shade but I believe tough as taupe would work. As long as it's cool toned.

Here's a video that uses it.
But I've been doing this for about 6 months ans it's really been working well. :)

Like Sandra said! & it's pigmented so you don't need a lot of product

I really love using mac's powder blush "baby don't go" for contouring. it lasts me very long and don't be put off by the fact that it's a blush, it is totally cool toned, has no shimmer in it and os actually made for contouring. I've actually seen a video where charlotte tilbury uses it for contouring :)

I use Gorgeous Cosmetics- Endless Summer Bronzing Powder, I have it in my kit and use it on all my clients. The shade looks quite dark in the pan, but works great for pale to dark skin tones and is the perfect contour tone. A moderately priced product, I would definitely repurchase and recommend.

I know you said you weren't looking for a kit or anything but I've been feeling the same way I had the Anastasia kit and way so frustrated at how orange it made me they were basically just bronzers. I recently bought the Lorac contour kit and I'm in love. It's super pigmented and they're cool toned without looking dirty or ashy. You should swatch them in ulta even the highlight shades are amazing
