I use baby wipes or something like that for my face. For my eyes I either use Neutrogena liquid or Mary Kay eye makeup removers

I use coconut oil for my eye makeup and then wipe the excess oil off of my face with baby wipes.

Tarte Fresh Eyes makeup remover wipes. They're designed for waterproof makeup and, although they're marketed as eye makeup remover wipes, the wipes are so big that you can take off all of your face makeup with them as well (:

I don't wear waterproof and it works amazing. Maybe it doesn't work with waterproof. Definitely try wipes though. Get some infused with aloe or something.. they're amazing.
