Tarte Fresh Eyes makeup remover wipes. They're designed for waterproof makeup and, although they're marketed as eye makeup remover wipes, the wipes are so big that you can take off all of your face makeup with them as well (:

I don't wear waterproof and it works amazing. Maybe it doesn't work with waterproof. Definitely try wipes though. Get some infused with aloe or something.. they're amazing.
