Recently , I have tried to cut a curl (because I have heat damage and I still didn't do the big chop ) when I applied a cream so it can be defined. But it wasn't. I have small curls in the front and big curls in the back. I'm really afraid that if I did the big chop I wouldn't know how to deal with my hair texture. And the worst thing about it is that getting products from usa is really hard because I live in Morocco. And there isn't a lot of products for curly hair (just macadamia ) in my country

I'm not sure, but of you can get a hold of macadamia nut oil and conditioner they help a lot with moisture. With curly hair it's all about moisture, and then it's really trial and error. But thick creams (shea butter is really good and popular - you can even get giant tubs on amazon for cheap that you can whip with other products like oils and make your own creams abd styling products. I would do the big chop though, it'll help with an all over more even texture and you'll only have to find products for that

Aussie has a mousse+leave in conditioner that works amazing! I use it after I shower while my hair is still damp and then blow dry and scrunch and it just makes my hair look beautifully curly without being a frizzy mess

I use One n' Only's Moroccan oil curl cream and Proclaim hair oil mixed in equal parts it moisturizes my hair defines my curls and shines my hair. It also cuts down on frizz

Do a hair mask using mayo, coconut oil, and olive oil.

I have super super curly hair and I find that using a leave in conditioner really really helps keep my curls hydrated and defined! I use cantu shea butters leave in conditioner and let me just tell you it's the bomb dot com!! I agree with Bella as well, that gel is awesome but I highly suggest using a very small amount because it made my curls a bit crunchy! I also suggest using coconut oil after you use your leave in because it really helps seal in the moisture as most oils do! If you want a styling cream, which I highly suggest for defined hydrated curls I suggest Shea moisture's curl enhancing smoothie from the coconut and hibiscus line! It smells divine and it's amazing at defining curls

I use a lot of different products for moisturizing my curls, and add an oil in there as well, but what really helps along with lots of scrunching is wrapping your curls around your finger and holding it there for a minute. I do this with my bangs that don't curl as well and it helps out!
