Are you allergic to anything? You should go se a doctor if it's something that came suddenly and it's itching!

Maybe hives? I get then all the time. You should go to a doctor as soon as you can. If you have other symptoms like trouble breathing, go immediately. in the meantime you can you cortisone cream for the itching.

I have something very similar on my wrist but it doesn't cover a huge area of skin like yours. Mine are insect bites...gnats to be exact. Itch to high heaven. I just applied a hydrocortisone cream to lessen the pain.

Try not to scratch them, so they don't scar.

I'm outside right now and can't see the picture very well, do the bumps have a clear fluid in them? it could be dyshidrotic eczema I have it on my hands, it's a very painful itch. if that's what it is, I have some products that have worked for me but I'd definitely suggest seeing a dermatologist or doctor
