What's the best way to get naturally pink lips? I do scrub my lips every now and then but but I really want soft naturally light pink lips. Is there a way?

I don't think you can really change the naturally colour of your lips as for softness I'd keep exfoliating your lips and use lip moisturiser or balms

Go for tinted balms?

You can try lipsticks or like Ashlee judged tints or stains but those are still only temporary... Like the other beauties mentioned you cannot change the color of your lips without some kind of surgery (it would be like changing your skin color like what Michael Jackson did)

A lip stain can get that look temporally. Have also heard of ppl using beer juice to color them

Well usually our natural lip colors are what compliment our skin the most. Having a natural lip color different than that would seem off. I've heard that some lip scrubs may have lightening properties but I doubt that's good for the skin really. Asian beauty is really focused on whitening skin so I bet they have products for that.

Tarte makes a lip gloss that makes your lips change to a brighter but natural colour for your lips.
