So for about 6 years now I have this issue with my right eye watering constantly all the time): I had a face injury that I believe caused it my son when he was 4 decided to body slam me in the face and his knee landed right in my eye (ouch). So since then I've had nothing but bad luck with every type of liner out there, I've tried ever and I mean everything. I am known for my bottom wing cat eye haha and lately it's a mess by the time I get to work (sobs). My current and most successful liner is mufe aqua cream shadow in black with a black shadow to set it, it stays perfect on the right eye but the left one ugh no Bueno. I've tried every brand fluidline, ud, becca, tarte, Bobbi brown you name it I've used it. So beauties any suggestions out there would be quite helpful please. I've been looking into mufe aqua seal as a possible solution so any suggestions please and thank you??

Wow, I'm terribly sorry :( My mother faces the same problem too, and she's striving to find the perfect eyeliner.
I've used gel liner on my water line before and it lasted much longer than a pencil liner! I hear people use a liner brush and some eyeshadow and she claims it's much more gentle.
Here are some recommendations:
— wet n wild H2O Proof Gel Liner
— Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Gel Eyeliner
— Milani Liquid Eye Eyeliner Pencil (comes in a pencil and an automatic.)
— L'Oreal Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner (this is so soft emollient, omg.)
— L'Oreal Infallible Never-Fail Eyeliner
— L'Oreal Extra Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner
— Lancome Liner Plume
So much L'Oreal, I'm so sorry! Haha :)

Ooh a problem I can help with! If it's an overactive tear duct that's the problem, check with your eye doctor and see if you're a good candidate for silicone plugs. They're these teeny tiny plugs they put in your tear duct, they keep everything balanced. I have them because I have an eye condition that makes my eyes insanely dry, so the plugs make sure my tears stay in my eyes (sounds weird lol) but they do the opposite too, they can slow tear production. I won't lie, getting them placed was pretty unpleasant but I've had them in for 6 years and haven't had any issues with them.

I know it's pricey but have you tried the Marc Jacobs HiLiner pencils? I can cry (I'm a sentimental fool lol) and that stuff stays in my waterline. I've never seen anything like it.
