Products used
*maybelline falsies volume express mascara
*maybelline New York master precise liquid liner
*hard candy natural eyes palette
*Cover girl bb cream 810
*Fit me compact maybelline 120 classic ivory
*tender rose Almay lipstick.
Used eco tools 5 piece set
Directions on how I did this look: first I applied the hard candy primer (comes with the natural eye palette). I applied tape by the corner of my eyes to create a clean finish. Then I applied shade "tease" to my eye lid and upper brow bone. Then I put the shade "toying" in my crease. I but the shade "minx" in my back crease and part of my eye lid in the back. Then I blended it in to make a smoky eye. Then I put the liquid liner on my top the created s cat eye. Then I used a black pencil eye liner in the upper and lower water line. Then I applied the bb cream, fit me compact powder, and my lipstick. Lastly I put the shade tease to my brow bone. I haven't done makeup on a really long time like this! It was really fun creating!

Its really pretty but its more of a gradient than a smokey, smokey eyes start with the darkest color at the lash line smoking out into a lighter color and a traditional smokey doesn't require top eyeliner at all because it doesn't gave any hard lines. but none the less I think you did a good job :)

I think gradient eye is when you apply a dark shade in the outer corners but I'm not sure haha. very pretty by the way.

Smokey eyes are when the color is darkest at the lash line and the fades upward with no harsh lines. A gradient eye is when the color in the crease is darkest and the color on the lid is lighter, which is what you did. :)
