I ran out of conditioner and can't run to the store can I replace it with coconut oil?

Personally, I wouldn't... I would just do an updo or use dry shampoo until you can buy some conditioner.

If really need be you could use coconut oil. but make sure you don't use to much to the point it's hard to wash out.

I'd jus wash my hair and use a tiny amount of coconut oil in my ends as a leave in.

If you use coconut oil just rinse it out with warm water.. cold water will just pretty much make everything harder to wash out. Once you get majority of the oil out with warm water go ahead and use a little shampoo to soak up any more of the oil.
