1- I have sensitive skin that's dry too and I highly recommend that you don't use chemical products on your face or body! Last time I used a chemical product it made my sink worse..
2- I never ever use soap, that makes me itch like crazy!
3- use only a dermatologist recommended face cleansers and use it only once a day.
4- use a moisturiser that's made from organic ingredients.. Unless it has an ingredient your allergic to then don't use it, use some other moisturiser that's dermatologist recommend

Oh and by the way, washing your face too much can actually worsen acne.. That's why I recommend once a day, it's so much gentler on your skin.

Acne can be mostly cause by hormonal changes which occurs during teenage years and up, I had mine till I was 20 it was really bad, I went to see my doc and she gave me pills and they really really helped clear up my face, I still get break outs but only because of my period where hormones also change during this time.
But you can also get them from other things like makeup so if you think it's something that your using that's causing you acne I suggest try to figure out what it is and stop using it

I had the absolute same problem earlier this year from January to March. It was absolutely horrid. I suggest using a really moisturising primer/face makeup product. I also started using the Burt's Bees Sensitive face wash in addition with my acne face wash- switching them every other day. I also changed my moisturiser to the Cetaphil daily moisturiser. It really smooths over dry patches and sinks in very well.

I love using cleansing oils on my dry/acneic skin..
I either use Castor Oil with Jojoba and Rosehip oil..
or NUDE's skin cleansing oil which contains Omega's 6&9, Jojoba, Sunflower Oil and Meadow foam to help soften my skin. I always do it with a 5 minute facial massage, and for days I wear make up or sunscreen I double cleanse and use both. It's a great method for pulling oil and debris out of the skin and cleansing without having to disrupt the skins moisture barrier.

You should keep the Murad cleanser to once a day (preferably for PM use) and use something for the AM that doesn't contain any active ingredients. Philosophy Purity Gel Cleanser is a super basic cleanser or if eyeing something from the drugstore CereVe Hydrating Cleanser is a great choice.
