Have black head and white heads all over my nose and chin I tired every thing (honey and lemon, sea salt scrub) I have been using clean and clear black head eraser it works but I head a new because its really bad!!

You should try origins charcoal mask a few of the ladies here love it. I haven't tried it yet but I would suggest using la roche posay effaclar duo if you can buy it where you live it helps clear out your pores and helps to reduce spots and white heads. It takes about four weeks to see an improvement but it works.

Yes, I agree with Shelleys solution, a clay based mask sounds like it would really solve your problem. My favorite for my nose is Cocoon Apothecary Ancient Mud Mask.
