Hi beauties, so, I'm not sure if these are milia or not, but for a long time, I've had very, very small, skin-colored bumps around my t-zone. The ones around my nose are redder than the others, but that could be coincidence.
I exfoliate all the time, I take great care of my skin, and my skin is combination dry. I know these are not pimples.
What might they be? Can I do anything to smooth my skin?

Could be over exfoliation. I would get something similar to what you're describing around my mouth and on my chin. Finding a good moisturizer and exfoliation less is what helped smooth over my skin.
