Biotin is great or multivitamin that has biotin in it. Baby your locks. It's a ten miracle and pertain are great products also coconut oil. Only comb wet hair with wide tooth comb.cold water rinse after regularly conditioning.only shampoo hair every other day, if it's too oily try dry shampoo. Limit heat tools use heat protectant. limit chemicals. Limit teasing and harsh products like hair spray. take care of yourself: eat healthy, daily activity, lots of water, plenty of sleep. Don't skip trims: go in every 6 weeks and have a quarter inch taken off make them use the thinning/texturizing shears just on the very ends not the regular ones because texturizing shears don't cut off length. treat yourself to a ten minute scalp massage every day to get circulation to your scalp. Bed head stage 4: resurrection shampoo and conditioner help really well for repairing and protecting against damage.
thats all that comes to mind at the moment, I'm growing mine out too. I wish ya the best of luck, hope I helped :-)
