So I went from a chocolate brown to a golden blonde the process took about 4 hours. I have very thick coarse hair so I had no major damage but my hair did get very dry. What are some good products for dry hair?

Thank you shanae. I've seen the huge jar at sams for under 15 but I don't exactly know how to use it. do you apply it to dry or wet hair? do you rinse it off?

Alyah I'm mexican so it definitely doesn't look natural lol and your not being mean I liked the brown too but I was just bored of having the same color for a few years and I'm to chicken to do crazy colors

You apply it to either damp or dry hair, find whichever works best for you, keep it in your hair for as long as you can, I usually do it for a whole day on my lazy do nothing day lol, pop a shower cap on and then rinse it out, shampoo and condition.

Coconut oil dried my hair out bad! It was dry and matted and gross.. But everyone seems to have amazing results! For my hair, I used marc jacobs oil of moroco. Plus I LOVE the blonde color! Its soooonpretty.

I have super thick an coarse hair too. It took me forever to find a good shampoo and conditioner for it, and a few months ago I found My Pretty Hair is Parched. Best stuff I've ever used. It's hard to make my hair feel soft and it works so well!

Don't use drugstore shampoo or conditioner!! And if you're going to make sure it sulfate free. Loreal makes a sulfate free one. Also do a mask at least once a week. And if you're heat styling make sure to use a heat protectant!

Joico K-PAK Intense Hydrator, that thing is a serious lifesaver. You can purchase it from Ulta, I believe. I get mine from Cosmoprof though, so I'm not too sure where else sells it. :p Regardless, your hair will thank you lol.
