So I'm dying my hair light brown to blonde soon, and since I'm 13 I want to keep my hair nice and healthy. Any recommendations for a dye that won't damage my hair too much?

Since you are going to a blonde you will bleach your hair and once you bleach your hair there is really nothing you can do to make it healthy /: there is always serums, hair masks etc. but it will still be damaged because of the bleach

If you haven't color your hair you don't need to bleach it, just get a professional hair dye. If you buy one from a drug store it might not lighten the hair as much as the professional because drug store hair color comes with 20 vol peroxide... http://www.how-to-color-hair.com/uncategorized/are-drugstore-hair-colors-just-as-good-as-salon-hair-color-products/
I recommend to get a hair color dye from sally's beauty supply with vol 30 peroxide
