Weird patches in my makeup :-/ please advise!!

So for the last week or so I've had some strange patches appear in my makeup.
so my skin care routine has not changed and I'm using the exact same products as usual.
its when I put on my blush it goes horrific :-( really annoying me and need advice.!! crap pic but you can kinda see the line.. looks like I've wiped half my makeup off :-/
