Skin problem... Help?!?

I'm not sure what it is but I have like really weird bumps on my thighs and I have one on my shoulder. they aren't bug bites because they don't itch, they kinda look like a pimple (size and look) they are also red... Anyone know what it is and how to get rid of them?!

It may be excema and your skin is most likely dry so moisturizer with a thick cream formulated for sensitive skin. Eucerin works well.

I do have excema actually but it's not like a rash or patched there just small bumps... I'll try putting on eucerin though! Thank you!!

I use gold bonds rough and bumpy lotion, it's gotten rid of it on my legs but not quite all on my arms.
