I use Mac studio sculpt and I was wondering if it is water or silicone based? I'm just trying to find a good primer to use with it on my dry skin. Just ran out and it's a huge difference without primer :((

I'm pretty sure it is water based. I use the lancome primer with it.and it works fine?(:
