I recently purchased a lip tar...because everyone was talking about it, and I'm not sure how to apply it. When I first put it on, it seemed streaky/blotchy. Any tips?

Try using a lip primer, occ has 1 specifically for lip tars. Also try applying it with a brush

The lip tars come with a brush, you only need one tiny drop and that will cover your lips.
