There is a tubing mascara by Loreal I believe. Double Extend Beauty Tubes. You can build length with the first step which is white, and then volumize and coat with the black side. It really helps to lengthen due to the tubing technology. Which makes it much different than your typical mascara!

Elf 3-1 mascara comes off in tubes, it's not a two-stage mascara though. Just a good waterproof formula with a cool wand that I like. Also $3.
