Itd not supposed to be sticky at all maybe you got a defective one, and after eating and drinking it will come of a bit cuz its not a stain, its still a lipstick, since its sticky setting it with powder would be a good idea but if you can I say go exchange it.

Jacqlyn I have the older formula, the ones in the small tube and I don't have a problem with them, they act like the ones in the longer tube from whar i tested on sephora

Ya I think they just chamge the packaging cuz formula wise it feels the same.
