I just wet my toothbrush and then exfoliate that way. Other ways are sugar + olive oil.

Put Vaseline on for about 5 minutes then brush with a clean toothbrush ,takes the dead skin off your lips and smoothes them !

2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp honey, 2 (or more depending in your preferred consistency) of brown sugar . Mix it all together and put it in a jar!! ( i literally made it tonight and can already tell a difference

Elf exfoliation lipstick.wet your lips.rub it all over them like your applying lipstick.then wipe your mouth off.then you'll have superrrr smooth lips! Only three dollars and mines lasted me forever!

just apply petroleum jelly then leave it for atleast 2 minutes then wipe it off with tissue or just use toothbrush and brush your lips circularly. That will soften your lips.

Easy..everyday when brushing ur teeth...finish off with brushing/exfoliating ur lips with ur toothbrush.kips them soft n smooth

Elf makes an amazingly effective (& inexpensive) lipstick scrub that I j'adore! But if you're willing to splurge a little I suggest Lush's lip scrubs! I used to work there 2 years back and we'd constantly sell out! Mint Julip is a personal fave
