There are multiple ways to determine skin tone!

1) Look at the veins in your wrist in natural light. If they're blue you're cool toned, if they're green you're warm toned, and if you can't really tell then you're neutral.

2) Jewelry! If silver flatters you the most then you're cool toned, if gold flatters you then you're warm toned, and if both flatter you then you're neutral.

3) Burning and tanning. If you burn easily with little to no tanning then you're cool toned, if you tan easily with little to no burning then you're warm toned, if you burn and tan about equally then you're neutral.
