Lol I feel you hun! You could try exfoliating them with your tooth brush, it'll plumpen them up naturally and then I add burts bees chapstick with peppermint and I do this every time I go out, I only need a little extra because my lips are naturally full but you can definitely brush them for about a minute on each one and it'll give you a lot more plump!

@shanea I've tried the toothbrush thing, and I don't think it works for me, and as for the Chapstick, I usually always wear matte, so I can't really wear anything underneath :( but thanks!

Nope! They are supper cheap strip lashes, from Amazon, that I trim really short! They're pretty much just on the end :)
