Okay good because you should be often especially if you have hair that's prone to split ends because if not they just keep on splitting further up the hair shaft

Treatment always help your hair, I usually use it in clients hair when they have weak or stressed hair. Ask your hairdresser for any treatments that will help your hair

Sorry I just saw this. In order to prevent (there is no way to mend) split ends, I personally recommend the following.
Be gentle with your hair. Do not over comb it, and don't comb it roughly. Avoid teasing it (if you ever do) Be especially gentle with wet hair, avoid combing it while it's wet at allllll costs because that's when it's the most fragile. Also, when drying with your towel, don't ruffle your hair up with it causing it to be a natty mess, just "squeeze" your hair, does that make sense? Lol. Never put your hair up too tight, if it has to be up tie it loosely or just do a braid that way you get all of the hair. Try not to leave it down when you sleep, and if you must try to get a satin pillow case it's most gentle. Also, keep it moisturized if it gets frizzy I'd suggest a serum (I like the Garnier one, or redken diamond oil) & also coconut oil is a good organic hair mask for the hair.

Oh and always protect your hair before swimming in a pool! and try not to shampoo the ends too much. I'd also like to add, it's not like bad to comb your hair while wet just be super careful when doing so

Oh and try not to use rubber bands for your hair, or any hairtie with a rubber band (or the metal clasps) they tug at your hair so so much

Use a sulfate free shampoo, because the sulfate s in most shampoos weaken Your hair so it breaks easier ( this is especially common in brunettes like you and me)

Moisturizing your hair with oil is very important.. Dry hair damages and breaks off hair.. and deep condition your hair while your not at school and after you trim it
