Hey ladies. as you know I have colored hair and am looking for a sulfate free shampoo particularly because of the fade factor that comes along with shampoo containing sulfates. I have tried loreal ever strong and ever sleek and I rly disliked them. any other suggestions would be appreciated. my hair is really thick but also a bit damaged from all the bleaching I had to so up til this point. thanks a ton!

Loreal have the EverPure line and that has a color shampoo... hmmm EverColor I think it's called :)

The color-specific L'oreal Ever line is EverPure =) I've tried almost all of those, and they're all great, my personal favorite is the EverStrong, which isn't color specific but is repairing/strengthening which is always nice if your hair is a bit damaged from the coloring. You can also check out the Organix line, my personal favorite from them is the Macadamia line, it smells wonderful and it really leaves your hair smooth and shiny. Other good options: Keratin Complex and Unite =)

Haha thanks for clarifying the name Hannah! And I love the EverStrong as well! It's just ridiculous experience where I live, 18$ per bottle! But it's awesome, and smells amazing!

Holy oh my goodness! That is HORRIBLE. In the US it's like $6 or something. It's honestly one of my favorite lines, I'm waiting for my current ones to run out so that I have an excuse to buy it again!

I know, it's absolutely ridiculous!! I tried it when I was in New York, I didn't bring shampoo so I bought like a travel sizes of EverStrong both the shampoo and conditioner and fell in love with it, so when I got home I wanted to buy it, but when I saw the price I was like What!!

The EverStrong smells wonderful, and the EverPure doesn't smell like much of anything to me. The only one I ever had a problem with was EverCreme, which smells like the shampoo version of Bath and Body Works's Warm Vanilla Sugar, it started making me feel sick to my stomach after a while; it's too strong for me. But, despite that, the shampoo/conditioner themselves did a lovely job with my hair.

I ended up getting the organix one..the sea mineral moisture. it smelled Sooooo good and I was scared to try the other after my eversleek experience haha. I won't be washing my hair til probably the day after tomorrow as I just did my roots and refreshed ny color but ill be sure to give an update. instead of the condtioner from this line I got the deep treatment. I was doing that with the daily treatment from dove and it worked wonders. my hair needs heavy duty softeners haha. its ridiculously thick.

Maybe for next time you may want to try the Shea moisture line. I love them. Their smell is not that great but the results are really good.
