I'd say given how your skin seems to be dry at the moment I enjoy Loreal true math lumi. It's nice on dry skin, its a bit of a dewy/sheer finish hence the 'lumi' but coverage is beautiful- medium, buildable but Ida say not full coverage. All in all, a good foundation that I reach for often!

Mac studio sculpt. I have dry skin as well and I tried the kvd lock it cuz I wanted to love it so badly and it was absolutely horrible for me personally it clung to any dry skin no matter how well I prepped my face and it just looked cakey and unnatural and my skin isn't even that dry. if yours isn't either I love estee lauder double wear it's my HG.

Kat Von D is by far the best full coverage you'll find. I'm in northeast Ohio and don't find it too drying on my winter skin.
