I switch between several. The John Frieda Full Repair spray is lovely, I use that on occasion, the only issue I have with it is the spray nozzle on mine is a bit old and doesn't deliver an even/fine spray as much anymore, I'm sure with newer versions that would no longer be a problem. I don't find that it has a scent, which is fine with me. I also use the Tressemme Heat Protector plus Keratin, which is great, the pump delivers an ultra fine spray that really gets all of my hair, and I find that it leaves my hair super shiny as well. I also use a combination of the It's a 10 Miracle Leave in + Keratin and the Alterna Caviar CC Cream. the Alterna cream goes on my ends and sort of works like an extra layer of sealing so that they don't split. It's actually a cream, so I just rub it between my hands and then rub that on my ends. After I do that, I spray the It's a 10 on, but with that make sure that you use it ultra sparingly on your roots or your hair will get really greasy really quickly.
