I've never tried those so I'm not sure, but I really love bio oil for scars& stretch marks it made my scars fade sooo much! :)

You want to get a cold pressed oil as ones that are heated damage the oil during the process to where it becomes less potent. The one that smells horrible is probably expired. Since it's a pure, natural product, it's got a shelf life of about 2 months, I think. You only need to use 1-2 drops, so I'd suggest buying the small 1 oz bottle. I just bought one recently on Amazon for $7. It lasts a long time since a little goes a very long way. And keep it in the fridge! :-)
