I find the key for an undereye cream is to moisturize so that it prevents wrinkles in the future. I really like using The Face Shop Mango Seed Eye Cream. It's super moisturizing and cooling. However I have not found a difference with fine lines. I apply it in the morning and at night. It soaks in quickly and makes makeup application smooth.

For Anti aging you definitely wanna use a eye cream and retinol is the most effective way to tackle signs of aging, I suggest Roc retinol eye cream, and Philosophy miracle worker night cream , which is a good anti aging light weight cream

Hi, Heather -- I've recently started using Boots moisturizers - they sell a set that has a night cream, day cream, and an eye cream at Ulta for $35. It's also sold at Target, I believe. Has been working great! Very hydrating. I also use rose hip oil under my eyes. It's cheap (I got a 1oz bottle for $7) and I only use A SINGLE DROP one my ring fingertip, and it's enough to dot under both eyes. It has very good, natural, healing properties and it's an all-natural derivitive of Retinol without any of the "bad" side effects.
