To buy or not to buy? It's almost $10 for this little thing, so I want to get input from others that have used it.
My skin is super dry and irritable in the winter - I've got itchy bumps, and when I itch they get even worse, and sometimes I even scratch my skin raw :/
Burt's Bees "milk and honey nourishing" has been helping, but it seems to get absorbed really quickly, and I have to apply more.
1) Would an oil after showering help with my issues?
2) If you've used this stuff, do you like it or no, and why?
3) Does it leave a film or anything like that? Bc that would drive me crazy lol
Any other input would be fantastic! Thanks, beauties <3

Sounds to me like you have winter eczema.. My son gets the same thing in the winter. I've found that cetaphil moisturizing cream helps him with the itching and the bumps. You could also try aveenos eczema therapy lotion.
As for the product you're inquiring about, I haven't tried it. I've used different oils after a shower though, and it helps to lock in moisture. I would even apply it in shower, let it sit for a minute, then rinse off the extra. Helps me with the greasy feeling. Hope this helps you😊

I highly recommend Aveeno moisturizer for really dry skin. It's the one with the dark blue label. my legs were always itchy but not after this stuff.

Thank you so so much for replying!! Still taking more input :)
Guera, that is probable. I've had occasional "outbreaks" majority of my life, but was never labeled "eczema," just assumed. So thanks for the enlightenment :)
And also thank you Shauna. I'll definitely check that stuff out :)

If you want to use an oil I suggest just buying a bottle of olive oil, that's what I use if I want my skin to be baby soft. I never ever put it on acne prone spots though.

How would I use the olive oil on my skin, Nicole?

Like I said, a film would drive me nuts lol

You rub it in right before you go to bed it is thick but that film will soak in over night, deep conditioning your skin. to me it is really worth it.
