Maybe try using a primer I've heard good things about benefit POREfessionals it's supposed to reduce the appearance of pores I'm sure you can sample it at sephora or a benefit counter.

I have the same problem and I have the porefessional and I wouldn't say it reduces the size but it gives your skin kind of a soft focus effect which makes it appear to be smaller. I like it and use it everyday.

A skin care regime that also includes a toner and an exfoliant will help reduce pore size and appearance. I also put toner on before I put on any primer or foundation in the a.m. to help seal up pores. In the p.m. I use an exfoliating lotion to help clear pores.

I use Neutrogena's Pore Refining Toner and find it works wonderfully in shrinking my pores. I highly recommend it.
