Maybe you can try a shimmery eyeshadow? You'll definitely be able to find a drug store shadow to work as a highlighter. You just have to be really light-handed when applying it.

1. NYX Control Freak Eyebrow Gel: This stuff is seriously great and is pretty inexpensive.

2. NYX Illuminator in Ritualistic: It's a very light champagne highlight and it works with my pale skin just fine.

A very long wearing, smudge-proof and everything lipstick is Revlon Just Bitten Kisseable :) and liquid could be Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain, although is less lasting than the first one. Both of them are very good products :)

Physicians formula has some nice highlighters (although the overspray is a bit glittery at first) and as for the liquid lipsticks I agree with Lara. Revlon in general has great lip products.

The Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks are really affordable and super long lasting. The black tubes are kind of a satin finish, and the red tubes are mattes :)
