My favorite is definitely L'Oreal Magic Lumi (skinny white bottle). I have tried several drugstore and highend primers for my dry skin, but L'Oreal's has worked
The best for me.

As for skincare too, I recommend CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser and Moisturizing Lotion or Cream. It has really helped along with my primer in helping make my skin look great.

I have normal-dry skin and I love using my barevitamins prime time (not drugstore//pretty sure it's $23) it lasts a long time though and it has a gel like consistency so it goes on so smoothly and leaves my face really silky and soft.

I use rimmel london fix and perfect primer and I have normal to dry skin. Works great.
