My hair is Wavy and curly and gross I straighten it a lot but it takes so long what are your tips/tricks to straightening?

I have natural long, wavy hair and honestly I think the key is having a good straightener. You can also try diving your hair into sections (:

Use salon products to reduce your drying time/frizz and smooth out your hair with blow dryer so you barley have to use an iron. I would suggest going to a beauty store and buying the paul mitchell super skinny serum. That stuff is great!!

I like putting my hair in a ponytail and straightening that but I have straight roots so I don't know if it would work for you or not.

I put tea tree oil in my hair and a heat protectant and de-frizzer. then put ny hair into sections and straighten.

I have naturally long and thick hair and I always do my hair in layers and always use a heat protectant but it honestly depends on the quality of the straightened my straightener goes up to 400 degrees and it is definitely better and takes less time then my other straightners

I have curly hair too! First off, a good straightener is a must. For curly hair if you get a bad straightener all it's going to do is make your hair somewhat straight, but still frizzy and probably won't stay straight lol, whereas a good straightener should make it shinier, flatter, smoother and keep it straight :) put your hair in 3-4 sections, I like to start from the bottom up, and also while you straighten curl the straightener slightly inwards, not enough to give a curl or anything, I just find that when I flip it inwards it helps all the little hairs& frizz go inwards, so it makes it look suuuper nice and smooth :) cause if you guys go straight down with it you'll probably end up with a bunch of straight hairs sticking out, which is why I do that lol :) hope this helps!
