I'm wanting to start a blog and start posting better higher quality pictures (rather than just using my galaxy s4) does anyone know of a good camera I can get at best buy? I'll be getting it with my income tax lol.

What's your price range? Are you looking into a standard digital camera? Bridge camera? Or SLR?

No price range. And it really doesn't matter. I just need something that will capture my eye looks that I do the right way. I guess it could have something to do with my crappy lighting too. But just whatever you suggest. I'd like a standard digital camera that has a filming option too, but I don't know if a digital would be able to capture my looks as well as a SLR or a bridge.

I would use natural lighting when you do take pictures.
I would invest in something like the Sony a7 or a7r. Canon and Nikon also have good cameras that people use, just make sure you get a good lens. Also I recommend looking into Adobe Lightroom, it's a great tool for editing pictures

What about this one? Since I will be a beginner?

I'm not a fan of the quality those type of cameras offer, but if you wanted to try it out then go ahead. But you might regret it when you buy another camera and never use it again.

I walked into best buy and asked the guy to show me a great camera for makeup pictures and he recommended this one. He was beyond right! I am in love with this camera it's small easy to use and has wifi. I can send pictures straight to my phone with no cords at all. Here's a picture I took of my makeup with it. The camera is so amazing and captures ever detail. You will love it!
