I need a full coverage foundation but my skin tends to get oily very quickly throughout the day.

I have oily skin too, and it's really a pain. I use Kat Von D's lock it tattoo foundation. The coverage is fantastic, and the staying power is great too. It does keep me matte but not all day, if you want it to be longer than 8 hrs I suggest using an oil controlling primer.

Tarte's Full coverage foundation with Amazonian Clay. Although nothing beats Cle De Peau Creme if you want to invest.
