Yes they are! my fav for tight lining because it stays put! when I first sampled in sephora along w/ several other liners, I was surprised that the MJ was the only one to last all day, through multiple hand washings & still crisp black!

I got a sample size from sephora and it dried out very quickly and the cap didn't stay on in my bag so it got all over everything:( the few times I used it though, heaven!
