I think he tangle teezer can be washed with hand soap, the paddle brush too but it is very difficult to get rid of the hairs that are in it, I do it with my fingers but it takes a lot of time.

Brush it out with another brush and wash it with shampoo.

I use pencils or meifa sticks (hair chopsticks) to pull out all the hair. Then I use shampoo to wash everything out.

Yeah, I've heard clarifying shampoo, or dish soap with warm/hot water, and scrub between bristles with an old toothbrush :)

Honestly, I just use a clarifying shampoo and an old toothbrush for my tangle Teezer. The toothbrush gets rid of the excess hair without damaging the bristles :)
