A good drugstore product is Brow Drama by Maybelline. I use a pencil by Kiko, the Mac Penultimate brow marker and the Brow Drama.

I use the Maybelline define a brow and anastacia duo brow powder. Ardell has a brow powder that works great too (:

Anastasia brow wiz! A lot of the drug store products I've used end up looking harsh and waxy. Anastasia is the queen of brows I promise you!

Tarte brow mousse and the NYX retractable pencil. I don't use them at the same time though.

Anastasia hands down. Trust me. I've tried every drugstore and many high end as well and nothing works the best as ABH does. I love the Dipbrow and Brow Wiz. I thought it was dumb to pay $18-$20 on a brow product especially when I was using Elfs cheap brow products but everything looked so fake compared to how great Anastasia's is.

I just started filling in my brows but I use BH cosmetics Flawless Brow Trio. It was pretty inexpensive and works for me :)

What I like about Anastasia's Dipbrow is you don't need any other products, its an all in one. Unlike powders and pencils you have to set or use a gel. But with Dipbrow all you need is one product. It also doesn't rub off or smear (I've gone swimming and it stayed on) and it also looks my natural (depending on how much product you use) compared to powders/pencils. I also recommend using one of there brushes though to apply it.
