My nails are discoloured and have been for a while. They are a pale yellow and I have no idea what is up with them! help me please?

It could be a lot of thing, painting your nails often and using too much nail polish remover that contains acetone, smoking, loads of things.

This is a tad harsh but if you get some baking soda and peroxide and rub it on your nails and then leave it, after doing this a few times, the stains should be gone.

You can scrub them with a whitening tooth paste, that will remove the stain.

I had it years ago and it was because of the nail polishes. The nail polishes damage the nails and they turn slightly yellow. Just cut them so they can grow healthy and do not paint them for a while

I have the same thing! I always paint my nails and 9/10 times I am to lazy to apply base coat. The polish stains your nails.
