I was in the market for new lipsticks. Although I'm always in the market. However! I noticed lipstick queen more recently. I wanted ask has anyone tried it? Do they like it? Is it worth $40 a lipstick?

Oh yes. Very much worth it at every price point ($20-50). Its not drying like MAC lipsticks and the pigmentation is nice as well. And the packaging is pretty snazzy too (thinking about Silver and Velvet Rope collections). The only drawback is that the color range for those two are not extensive.

Thanks for the review! Yes the colors range so far is either dark or darker. But I'm thinking ahead for fall. But thank you for letting me know because I would have had no idea how they are like. Mac is so drying so it maybe worth the investment to try lipstick queen then! :)

Oh I love Lipstick Queen! color payoff is amazing, the choice between the 10% pigment or 90% is great.

Thanks for this. I've been curious about them for ages. I'm a sucker for packaging, and theirs is just gorgeous, even the "lower end" of the range, which usually retails for around $24 each has a really sleek, art deco look to it. This winter I was in a rage to buy Ice Queen which is irridescent and changes the look of other lip colors, but I could never find it in my local stores.

My most favorite nude lipstick is from Lipstick Queen - so rich and creamy even on the lower end. I really like the brand.

This makes me want to try it so bad. I was looking to buying from lime crime but my credit card information may have gotten stolen off of their site. So I am looking for something quality and that I can purchase in store. So I appreciate this!

Love the "Sinner" line from Lipstick Queen. 90% pigment with a matte yet non drying finish, well worth the price. Natural Sinner and Rose Sinner have been my favourites lately!

I have Medieval and Hello Sailor, and I love them both. Great line.
