I think Revlon is consistently pretty good. Especially the super lustrous lipsticks and the lip butters. And their chubby sticks are great!

If you like moisturizing lipsticks that still have a lot of pigment, I recommend the Nyx Creamy Round Lipsticks. Their matte ones are pretty good too!

Revlon Super Lustrous, great color selection, comfortable wear and stays really well. I prefer them over any of the high end ones I've had and they're only $5.
