Okay so actually my favorite gel liner is from Essence! It's really good despite the really inexpensive price, doesn't dry up in the pot and it stays on when you wear it! Give it a try if you can, it's a couple euros here in Italy :) What is the one you're currently using?
As for a brush, did you want an angled brush or just a thin brush? Because you could go to a good art supply store and get a super thin brush that you can use for eyeliner- I did that today, I got a 000 brush :)

Oftentimes Youtubers are paid to feature a certain product in their videos so just go with what you like, I suggest you try them in person :) what is your budget?

Hi Shannie - Have you tried the Benefit push up liner? I know its not water proof but I struggle with getting it of haha! I use it in my upper lash line and its great! The tip takes some getting used to, but ones you have it, it makes a perfect wing :)

Ahh yeah okay, the push up liner is a gel formula, but yes definitely different then using a pencil!
I will definitely keep my eyes open for a great water proof get liner for you!
