Has anyone tried this? Does it really help with dry scalp/dandruff?

I have read a lot about that and a lot of people seem to love it, but I haven't tried it myself sorry :/

I haven't tried that but I think vinegar has acidity so it can make your hair brassy if used frequently.

I tried it today so I'm going to see how it goes.

I like to use Apple cider vinegar to get rid of build up if I'm out of Neutrogena anti residue shampoo.
I haven't used it with the intent to get rid of dandruff but I didn't have any dandruff "outbreaks" when I had been using it once a week to clarify. I don't know if it is true but people say ACV is more moisturizing than the plain vinegar.

I do it all the time for my dry scalp and it helps so much as well as adding shine!

How often do any of you do the rinse?
Feb 23, 2015
Sydney J.
I put coconut oil on my scalp and rinse it every time I wash my hair (every other day usually) this isn't necessary, but I have eczema and when my scalp gets too dry and irritated this is the only thing that helps but after my scalp is completely healed I only do it once every couple weeks.

Thanks Sydney I'm going to try that!
