Does developer bleach your hair then? Because my natural hair color is a very dark blonde. First time I colored it blonde with box dye and 20 or 30 developer and it came out very light. Like level 9 light. The color I was going for.

(Plus my hair isn't fully dried) I would say it is a level 9 blonde now. Especially in person. It's very light.
