Ok so I'm going to sephora and buying EVERYTHING for my face, cleanser, moisturizer, toner, eye cream, masks, etc. I'm just so confused on how to really create a "routine". I know cleanser is obviously first but then is it toner then moisturizer? Or the other way around? And do you layer eye cream on top of your regular face moisturizer or should you only use the eye cream in your eye area? Also do you use toner in the day and night? And how often should you exfoliate? Ok sorry this was so long but I really wanna take care of my skin and I have the products just not sure how to use them! I have combo skin if that helps. Its more towards the dry side now though since its winter. Thanks for reading this lol!

Thanks! Should I put my moisturizer on top of my eye cream or no?

I don't. I keep the eye area separate from my moisturizer. I actually apply an spf especially for my under eye after my eye cream/serum.

Morning:
Cleanse
Tone
Eye Cream, which only goes around the orbital bone
Moisturizer with SPF
Night:
Remove Makeup (makeup wipes, makeup remover, or a quick cleanse)
Cleanse
Tone
Eye Cream, again only around the orbital bone
Serums (if any)
Moisturizer
Exfoliate at least once a week, no more than twice, after you cleanse and before you tone.
Use a face mask at least once a week and no more than three times a week after you cleanse and before you tone.

Pretty much everything Alexis said! But I personally am find of applying serums in the morning and night.
What kind if skin do you have? I also know that I love to do overnight hydrating masks in my routine a couple times a week because of my dry skin. All these are bells an whistles though as you get more into skin care!
